The company has as a main activity the casting of light non-ferrous alloyages. The company is based on a dynamic system, the evolution and the power being determined by the changes inside the system and by its relationship with the environment.
The company was established in 2003 having as activity object consultancy in the field of non-ferrous alloys foundry. Taking into consideration the market opportunities and the partners we developed the activity of auto pistons production and their trade on the domestic market.
The company S.C. Turnef S.R.L. has as main activity object the foundry of auto pistons and of the aluminum alloys into parts. The foundry can be made both by gravity casting in metal matrixes and by pressure moulding on mould pressing machines.

Chemical composition
The chemical structure of the raw we provide, of the alloy ages during melting and molding is controlled and tested through the Spectral Analysis System, from elaborating until the end of the process.
Because of the production technologies, non-ferrous metals are used rationally, and the final products are safe in what concerns the chemical structure and the physical-mechanic properties.

Turnef is authorized to develop its activity because of the obtained environmental authorization.
Turnef collaborated with units that have materials containing non-ferrous metals which are used in obtaining secondary non-ferrous metallic alloy ages and founded pieces, using little energy (gas).
The obtained alloy ages respect the used standards and are based on aluminum, mixed with silicon and copper.
The obtained founded in secondary aluminum pieces and blocks have a vast range of applications, from ornamental elements to different auto components, as carcasses for agricultural machinery.
